What this site is
Pipeline is a job-search tool run by a single site owner for their own use and for a small number of people the owner has given access to. Access is invite-only - there's no open public sign-up. If you've been invited, you create your own account by signing in with Google or a one-time email link; the owner controls the invite list and can revoke your access at any time. By creating or using an account on this site, you agree to these terms.
AI-generated content isn't advice
Fit scores, salary estimates, resumes, and cover letters here are generated with the help of Claude (Anthropic's AI model) and deterministic calculations built on top of it. They're estimates and drafts meant to save you time, not professional financial, tax, legal, or career advice - review everything before you rely on it or send it to anyone. Salary and take-home figures are approximations; your actual pay, taxes, and net income depend on factors this tool doesn't and can't fully account for (see the disclaimer on the Salary Analysis panel itself for specifics). This tool also doesn't determine eligibility: whether a role requires work authorization or sponsorship, an active license or certification, a security clearance, or any other legal or regulatory condition is something you need to check against the posting and the employer directly - a fit score is not a judgment that you qualify to hold the job. AI-generated text can also be wrong or miss context you know and it doesn't - you're responsible for what you actually submit to an employer.
Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose: analyzing job postings and managing your own job search. Don't try to circumvent rate limits or access controls, submit content you don't have the right to submit, or use the site in a way that could disrupt it for others.
Payment and purchased credits
Paid subscriptions and one-time AI Credit purchases are both processed by Stripe. Purchased AI Credits never expire and carry over indefinitely while your account exists, but - like every other Claude-backed feature - they're inaccessible while your account is in Vault Mode, becoming available again if you resubscribe. If the site owner ever revokes your access or discontinues the site, any unspent purchased-credit balance will be refunded; beyond that, purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
No warranty
This is a personal tool, provided as-is and as-available, with no guarantee of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, the site owner isn't liable for decisions made based on this tool's output, or for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.
Third parties
Job postings and profile data you submit are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your results. Payment processing runs through Stripe, and transactional email (sign-in links, backup delivery, feedback notifications, invitation emails) runs through Resend. Saving a role also looks up a company logo via Google's favicon service and, when applicable, a commute estimate via OpenStreetMap/OSRM (and Google Maps, if configured for this deployment) - see the Privacy Policy for what's collected and how it's handled, including for the optional browser extension. Your use of this site is also subject to each of those providers' own terms.

These terms may change as the site changes. Continuing to use an account here after an update means you accept the current version.
